Holston View is privileged to be involved in the Parish Nurse Program in partnership with Wellmont-Holston Valley Hospital.

The nurse, in cooperation with the Church Wellness Committee, continually evaluates the health and health educational needs of the congregation. They try to match volunteers with those in need of services such as transportation to doctors' offices, delivery of groceries, or supportive phone calls.

The Nurse contributes health-related information to the weekly bulletin and the monthly newsletter and is available to present programs to the various groups within the congregation.
