Worship

The people of Trinity gather for worship at 11am on Sunday mornings, following Sunday School.

What happens in worship?

The morning worship begins with "Gathering in God's Presence". This is usually a time of greeting one another, opening prayers and a hymn. The congregation then "Listens to God's Word" by listening to the children's moment, offering prayers and prayer requests, and listening to scripture and sermon. The ending of our worship is called "Responding to God's Word". This may be a call to prayer, an altar call, or hymn singing.

What do I wear?

There is no dress code to worship in God's presence, but most people ask "what do I wear?". Some people prefer suits and dresses while others wear khaki's and polo shirts. Women may also wear pants. Our congregation sports a wide variety of styles ranging from polo's to dresses. But no matter what you wear, you will find Trinity to be a warm group ready to welcome you into God's presence each Sunday morning.

What about the children?

Our worship seeks to include our children. We do have a nursery that is always staffed. We also have the "Bible Buddies" for the toddlers through 4 years. For kindergarten through 2nd grade we offer “Children's Church”. Bible Buddies and Children's Church begins after the "Children's Moment" part of the worship service. After the third grade we ask that our children stay in worship to participate by singing, praying and reading.

We hope to see you at Trinity soon!
